Ryan Gonzalez is the Service Director for Nu West. He's been in the industry since he was 15, working at his Grandfather's company rolling mats, folding towels and loading machines. He attended St. Mary's College and received a degree in Business and joined the family enterprise full time after graduation. He is married to Christina Gonzalez, Director of Sales. They have two children, Alexis and Bryce. He loves spending time with Bryce and playing picnic with Alexis. He loves to play competitive golf whenever he gets the chance and looks forward to teaching his kids and nieces and nephews how to play the game.

Ryan started at Nu West as a Route Manager, delivering mats, laundry and uniforms. As Nu West grew, he went on to manage all the routes. Ryan now oversees the entire Service Department including Route Managers, customer relations and transition of nu accounts. His focus is customer service and making sure the Service Department is the best around. Nu West is a 24/7 Service Department and Ryan and his team will do whatever it takes to provide service to their customers. It doesn't matter if it is 2 PM or 2AM, a weekday, weekend or holiday; if a customer is in need, they can reach Ryan on his cell phone and he will do whatever it takes to get the customer's needs taken care of. Ryan also doubles as Nu West's IT specialist and runs the web portal, where customers can log in at any time to access delivery information and invoices. Ryan makes sure that all the computers, printers, iPads and iPhones are up and running. You never know when you'll catch Ryan at the office.
